What is the return policy?
We always do our best to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. We offer our customers:
30 days for exchange or refund on all full priced merchandise.
Exchange or store credit for gift receipts, sale items and accessories.
Last Call items are final sale.
Final Sale on items 25% off or more
Price Adjustments honored up to 7 days after purchase
All returns must be received within seven days of return request. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have their original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. 18 Waits will refuse return of goods that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. All merchandise that is purchased at www.18waits.com must be returned by an insured carrier - Canadapost or USPS in North America to our office.
*Returns that qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase will have the initial shipping charge deducted from their refund*

How to care for your waxed cotton?
Do the clothes shrink?
We use 100% premium cotton for the majority of our clothing so shrinking is possible. To maintain the shape and size of your garments please wash in cold water and hang or lay flat to dry.
To help you out, we have used pre shrunk fabrics for our t-shirts, but the washing is up to you!

We take a lot of pride in the fact that our pieces are made to last a lifetime - and we understand that parting with beloved pieces is sometimes part of the cycle. Be it change of taste, change of weight, or change of pace, whatever your reason - we now have a solution for you!
Vintages is our Buyback program, to make room in your closet in the greenest way possible. For those awesome pieces still in great condition, we'll be including a Vintages section online and in our shop for all you savvy secondhand shoppers.

What's the reason behind the name?
18 Waits draws inspiration from the 60's and 70's Rock & Roll lifestyle.
"Waits" represents one musical leader in particular who shares the vision and values we do, being timeless and stylish, playful and fun.
As 18 is his own lucky number, founder Daniel Torjman wants to make sure everyone has a little luck on their side, however not a coincidence that 18 is also the age of majority in Canada and when the real fun can start!
