On Saturday, March 5th, 18 Waits will be participating in Rock the Runway, a charity fashion event. Rock the Runway's mandate is to raise funds and awareness for renowned local and international charities. This year all proceeds raised in the 2011 campaign will benefit War Child Canada. Just added a new section to the site today: RELICS. You'll find deeply discounted items from past seasons, the occasional sample, discontinued items etc. etc. We'll be sure to keep you posted whenever we add new stuff. Right now we have all our spring/summer 2010 graphic t-shirts available for 25 bucks a pop. RELICS aren't eligible for coupons or other discounts.

We recently had a chance to visit the Biltmore Hat Company in Guelph, Ontario. Biltmore has been making hats since 1917 and as you'll see from the photos below, much of the machinery used to shape, block, cut and trim the hats dates back to those early days. Their hats are exceptional, some of the best on the market and we're proud to have collaborated with Biltmore on our Johnny hats for FW10. We've got a couple of new styles we're working on for next Fall and we're really looking forward to working the Biltmore team and using some of their old molds to customize some new looks for 18 Waits.
