At 18 Waits, we believe handwritten letters are a lost art. We cherish the direct personal connection made between two people and the intimate moment captured when pen meets paper. Your penmanship is your own brand – your own mark. Since 18 Waits inception, we include a personal handwritten letter in each of our customer’s orders to express our gratitude.
Staying true to our roots, we are introducing a new series on Ramble called 18 Waits Correspondence. The premise behind this series is to speak with our favourite people via a handwritten Q & A session. We hope to gather unique responses from those near and dear to us, that only a handwritten letter can accomplish, and share them with you once a month.
