We believe handwritten letters are a lost art. We cherish the direct personal connection made between two people and the intimate moment captured when pen meets paper. Your penmanship is your own brand – your own mark. Since day one, we include a personal handwritten letter in each of our customer’s orders to express our gratitude.
Staying true to our roots, we're introducing a new handwritten Q & A series with our favourite people called 18 Waits Correspondence. We hope to gather unique responses from those near and dear to us, that only a handwritten letter can accomplish, and share them with you once a month.
